Anglesey Holiday Accommodation Sleeps Two Self Catering
Apricott is a quaint, stone-built holiday property which is well over a hundred years old. It is situated on the outskirts of Llanfachraeth, a rural Anglesey village about 15 minutes drive from Holyhead. Apricott adjoins a cottage converted from a building which was once part of an old brewery. It is set within five acres of land: partly well tended, partly wild and overgrown – but all free to be enjoyed.
The cottage itself provides a cosy double bedroom with en-suite shower room, and a light and airy open-plan kitchen/sitting room area. Both rooms are laid out on ground level. Apricott is quite small – ‘just for two’ – but is always warm, bright and cheerful. It is heated throughout by storage heaters and there is also an electric fire in the sitting room.
The property has its own private back garden which is equipped with picnic table and chairs for sunny days, and there is a space for parking in front of the building.
Apricott even boasts its own natural spring water source from a well in the grounds, which serves all the cottages on site – however, this is supplied from the tap – there’s no need to bring a bucket!
